Meet Revel’s Journey Specialist
Colleen Lake is the daughter some Revel residents never had. As Journey Specialist, working across the thirteen Revel communities, Colleen’s job is to ensure that each future resident has a helping hand in coordinating their move and transition into this new, exciting chapter of their lives.
A connector at heart, Colleen begins this process with an extensive needs assessment to ensure that each future resident is receiving customized support. Following the needs assessment, Colleen works tirelessly with a team of expert vendors to streamline their move, helping with everything from coordinating movers and storage needs to estate sales, realtors, and even car transportation.
Treating future residents as if they were her own parents, Colleen also offers her time and expertise, beyond moving logistics, making herself available for calls to help residents calm their nerves through a process that can often be very overwhelming. Keeping in line with the Revel brand’s core ethos, which champions living a life fueled by personal choice, Colleen’s special role as Journey Specialist offers future residents options to make their move align with their personal needs, starting their time at Revel off on the right foot.
